The girl with the ears is Kizna, and I'm so glad to know which of those three is your favorite because for the life of me I cannot decide which one of them I like best -- I colored that page slightly differently than some of the others and I'm very conscious of it. I need the perfect icon for my queen. She's the female lead of MK, a cute tomboy mechanic in outer space who has cat ears for reasons that are never adequately explained because MK made it to 5 manga volumes before the mangaka went "Eh, why continue this awesome obscure series when I could just do D.N.Angel from atop a pile of money?"

Even though there's only 3 people left who remember this fandom, I'm probably going to end up with 80 more Kizna icons because I want to icon like every panel of her. I've already colored most of a scene where she's slouching around with her ball cap on backwards and fiercely gives her shy friend Ikhny a confidence boost because she's overwhelmed by Kizna's awesome and feeling useless herself.
