Oh, yes, the keyblade chose Sora. Actually, we know that it chose Riku first -- but Riku left Destiny Islands in darkness, and the keyblade rejected him at that moment, passing instead into Sora's ownership. This keyblade, Sora's, is the Keyblade of Light.
Mickey's keyblade is the Keyblade of Darkness, technically -- the keyblade from the Dark Realm, at any rate. I would love to know what it saw in him.
And Riku's is probably the Keyblade of Twilight, if anything. He earned it at some point during KHII, but it doesn't fully come to him until he returns to his true form, whereupon the Soul Eater, that red spiny sword he's carried around for the last three games, BECAME a keyblade.
But, well. Roxas's physical body IS in Twilight Town -- it's just been converted to data. We do see him get sucked into Twilight Town, and his physical body disappears in the process.
