*snicker* Yes, Kairi does like Sora more than Riku. That's kind of implicit in her "joking" about wanting to take the raft and go, just her and Sora, instead of all three of them; it's also implicit in the way they share Paopu fruit with each other through scratches on the cave wall. (Paopu fruit being something that's supposed to bind two people together forever if they share one.)
